MiFPS is seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations by managing front desk activities, greeting guests professionally, and supporting administrative functions across the office.
Welcome and greet visitors and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage all incoming and outgoing office traffic, ensuring proper access control and visitor registration.
Maintain a daily record of all visitors meeting with the management team.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Support general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the management.
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Assist in scheduling meetings, handling mail, and coordinating office supplies when required.
Minimum O’ Level qualification; Diploma in Administration or related field preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Sunday to Thuseday: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 hour
Weekends: Office closed
