Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Supervisor to join our team and lead the IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of technical and hands-on knowledge in all aspects of IT operations. This role is crucial to ensuring our IT infrastructure is robust, secure, and efficient, enabling us to maintain our position as industry leaders in digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leadership & Management:
* Supervise and lead the IT department, including IT support staff.
* Develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
* Manage IT budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
* Coordinate with other departments and customers to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.

* Technical Expertise:
* Perform and lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
* Ensure the security of IT systems and data, implementing best practices for cybersecurity.
* Manage network infrastructure, including servers, routers, and switches.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
* Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance tasks.
* Network Cabling & Wall Casing Installation.
* CCTV Installation & Configuration.

* IT Operations:
* Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
* Manage and maintain cloud services and virtual environments.
* Oversee the development and implementation of IT projects.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
* Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

* Strategic Planning:
* Assess and recommend new technologies to enhance business operations.
* Plan for future IT needs and scalability.
* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field would be a plus.
* Proven experience as an IT Supervisor, Senior IT Technician or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and operations.
* Proficiency in network management and cybersecurity.
* Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:
* Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent would be a plus.
* CCNA Certification would be a plus.
* Hardware & Software Troubleshooting and fixing.
* Strong Communication Skills.
* Fluent in English
