Job Purpose

MiFPS is seeking a competent and motivated IT Executive to support, maintain, and enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT functions while supporting system security, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications
Monitor system performance and ensure data security and system integrity
Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and system records
Support users with IT-related issues and provide timely solutions
Coordinate with external service providers and vendors when required
Assist in system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)
Sound knowledge of computer systems, networking, and operating systems
Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
