Job Description

Job Purpose

MiFPS is seeking a competent and motivated IT Executive to support, maintain, and enhance the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and digital operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT functions while supporting system security, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networks, and systems

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment and applications

• Monitor system performance and ensure data security and system integrity

• Maintain IT documentation, user manuals, and system records

• Support users with IT-related issues and provide timely solutions

• Coordinate with external service providers and vendors when required

• Assist in system upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery procedures

• Ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and standards

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant IT experience (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)

• Sound knowledge of computer systems, networking, and operating systems

• Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of database systems and basic server administration

• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices

• Experience working in a structured or institutional environment
