We are seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Maldivian national with a strong command of English and a thorough understanding of Maldives Labor Law.
Qualifications:
Certificate in the relevant field or minimum 3 years' of experience will be an added advantage
Proficient in Maldives Labor Law.
Knowledge of HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities:
Navigate governmental platforms for HR-related compliance.
Manage recruitment processes and strategies.
Conduct evaluations and performance assessments.
Foster positive employee relations and address concerns.
Provide insights and support in HR management practices.
