Job Description

We are seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a Maldivian national with a strong command of English and a thorough understanding of Maldives Labor Law.

• Qualifications:

  • Certificate in the relevant field or minimum 3 years' of experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in Maldives Labor Law.
  • Knowledge of HR management, recruitment, employee relations, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate governmental platforms for HR-related compliance.
• Manage recruitment processes and strategies.
• Conduct evaluations and performance assessments.
• Foster positive employee relations and address concerns.
• Provide insights and support in HR management practices.
