KEY DUTIES/RESPOSIBILITIES

Customer Service: Greet guests, seat them, provide menus, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
Order Taking: Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders to the kitchen.
Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu to answer questions and offer recommendations.
Serving: Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables.
Payment Processing: Prepare bills, collect payments, and handle cash transactions.
Table Management: Maintain a clean and organized dining area and reset tables after guests leave.
Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
