WAITRESS/BARISTA

OBJECTIVE

• Key responsibilities also involve knowing the menu, making recommendations, maintaining a clean dining area, and resolving customer concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.

KEY DUTIES/RESPOSIBILITIES

• Customer Service: Greet guests, seat them, provide menus, and ensure their overall satisfaction. 
• Order Taking: Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders to the kitchen. 
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu to answer questions and offer recommendations. 
• Serving: Promptly deliver food and beverages to tables. 
• Payment Processing: Prepare bills, collect payments, and handle cash transactions. 
• Table Management: Maintain a clean and organized dining area and reset tables after guests leave. 
• Problem Solving: Address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
