JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide an exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
- Represent the company at promotional events to promote travel solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Ordinary Level or equivalent educational qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field
- Excellent command of Dhivehi & English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excellent e-mail writing skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing with the ability to create advertisements and design promotional flyers would be an added advantage.
