Job Description

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES 

• Provide an exceptional customer service to clients, understanding their travel needs and preferences.
• Offer expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers.
• Handle customer inquiries, reservations and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company at promotional events to promote travel solutions

REQUIREMENTS

• Ordinary Level or equivalent educational qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field
• Excellent command of Dhivehi & English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fair knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and excellent e-mail writing skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing with the ability to create advertisements and design promotional flyers would be an added advantage.
