General Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a related field
Minimum 2 years customer service experience
Healthcare experience is an advantage
Excellent communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Dhivehi
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work in a diverse environment
Job Specification
Attends to all Guest queries and provides required information regarding admission and discharge process, packages, prices, promotions etc.
Provides required financial counselling to the Guests
Prepares reports and documents from finance team for insurance claims
Assist Guests in planning for a required procedure/ surgery
Communicates with insurance companies regarding pre-authorization or hospitalization to obtain GOPs.
Books follow up appointments for discharged Guests
Updates and maintains required statistics & daily reports
Should have thorough understanding of all the applicable insurances, insurance agreements to liaise with international insurance companies for the required processes
Should be willing to attend shift duties
Should know allocation of beds for planned ER and OPD admissions in coordination with the Nursing team
Other responsibilities assigned by the HOD
