Job Title: Sales & Marketing Assistant

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will:

1. Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities.
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
2. Marketing Coordination:
• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials and collateral.
• Manage social media accounts and engage with the online community.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
4. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
5. Event Coordination:
• Assist in planning and coordinating events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
• Ensure all event logistics are organized and executed smoothly.
6. Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams.
• Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements.
7. Reporting:
• Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
• Analyze data and provide insights to improve strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
