Faruvaa Clinic is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team

Qualifications:

• Minimum O’Level or equivalent (A’Level preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience

Required skills and competencies

• Professional telephone communication etiquette
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and multitask effectively
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills and active listening skills
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis
