General Requirements
Diploma in Marketing, PR, Event Management or similar (preferred)
Completed GCE O/L or A’L (minimum)
Experience working in healthcare industry, PR, event planning, or related field would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong computer literacy
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Job Specification Guest Relations
Address and resolve guest complaints and feedback through various channels (in-person, phone, online), collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Monitor social media for guest feedback and actively work to improve online reputation and increase positive reviews.
Assist in preparing and distributing guest feedback surveys.
Media Relations
Serve as a key liaison with media agencies, coordinating meetings, press conferences, and interviews.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media contacts.
Create briefs for the PR Manager to facilitate their representation of the hospital at press events and interviews.
Arrange interviews with hospital administrators to ensure accurate and consistent messaging.
Analyze media coverage to understand and report on public perception of the hospital.
Content writing & Communications
Write, review, edit, translate, and update content for the hospital's website, blogs, marketing materials, and other platforms in both Dhivehi and English.
Assist in preparing and disseminating press releases in partnership with media agencies.
Support the PR Manager in identifying opportunities to enhance the hospital's public image.
Facilitate communication between hospital staff and management using appropriate channels.
Crisis Communication & Policy:
Support the PR Manager in strengthening and upholding public relations policies, particularly concerning potential crisis situations.
Compile information and generate reports on relevant cases
Essential Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
Proven ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong understanding of media relations and experience working with media outlets.
Proficiency in creating engaging and informative content for various platforms.
Ability to analyze media coverage and understand public perception.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
