-Responsible for managing operational work, training employees, and developing a team.

complaints and grievances are addressed and resolved in a timely and responsive

management of electronic medical records, billing, clinic receipts, and deposits, and
facility.
-Monitors and ensures clinical and operational performance goals are maintained
across Frook HealthCare. Works with clinical management to optimize staffing,
appointment schedules, workflow policies, and procedures to meet goals.
