-Responsible for managing operational work, training employees, and developing a team.
-In charge of staff time management, organizing doctors’ duties, arranging visiting and marketing of visiting doctors.
-Promotes quality and performance standards for clinical administrational works to ensure they are documented and Followed by the entire team.
-Maintaining Staffs leaves and record Keeping.
-Perform other duties as required.
-Responsible for ensuring an excellent patient experience and that patient complaints and grievances are addressed and resolved in a timely and responsive manner.
-Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and standards regarding quality improvement, customer service, patient access, productivity, confidentiality, management of electronic medical records, billing, clinic receipts, deposits, and facility.
-Monitors and ensures clinical and operational performance goals are maintained across Farook HealthCare. Works with clinical management to optimize staffing, appointment schedules, workflow policies, and procedures to meet goals.
-Promote a positive and professional work environment that attracts and retains the best talent and delivers services exceeding customer expectations.
-The candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, and strong written and oral communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and with clarity, flexibility, and adaptability to changing requirements.
