- Managing Daily Operations accordingly, as per the instruction from the Director of Operations
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Plan Clients’ visitations weekly/monthly
- Plan for the supervision and management of the security staff
- Support the Operation Team to investigate and resolve issues when needed.
- Analyze and evaluate security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement.
- Conducting safety and security trainings for subordinate security professionals or members of other organizations.
- Arrange for or perform executive protection activities
- Identify, investigate, or resolve security breaches.
- Conduct physical examinations of property to ensure the security officers are performing duties according to the client’s requirements and company standard.
- To work as a security manager in case of new deployment, replacement and leaves.
- Conduct monthly staff accommodation inspections.
- Preparing duty rosters and ensuring that the officers/supervisors attend to the points on time.
- Following instructions from seniors as per the law and regulations.
