Assisting with day to day operations of the HR and Admin Department
Maintaining accurate and up to date employee’s records, including attendance and leaves.
Assisting with recruitment process of the company including job postings, maintaining pool of applicant’s database, scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates, both local and expats.
Drafting and issuance of letters, memos, reference letters, offer letters and employment agreements.
Assist HR Manager in policy formulation and event planning
Maintains physical and digital filing systems
Visit Immigration, Embassies, and other institutes when required.
Provide other administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
Works closely and support other colleagues as needed.
