Take and process Food & Beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
Has thorough menu and F&B product knowledge
Handle guest inquiries and complaints
Ensure that side stations are properly set up and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
Complete all the duties assigned
Completes opening and closing procedures as assigned
Replenish supplies as needed/assigned
Adhere to all safety and hygiene practices
Assist in cleaning the outlet assigned
Provide courteous and professional service at all times
Carry out any requests from the management in conjunction with work
Takes direction from Management regarding operational issues
