General Requirements

  • Completed GCE O’ Level
  • At least 1 - 2 years’ relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills


Job Specification

  • Take and process Food & Beverage orders from guests in a timely manner
  • Has thorough menu and F&B product knowledge
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints
  • Ensure that side stations are properly set up and maintained in a clean and orderly fashion
  • Complete all the duties assigned
  • Completes opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Replenish supplies as needed/assigned
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene practices
  • Assist in cleaning the outlet assigned
  • Provide courteous and professional service at all times
  • Carry out any requests from the management in conjunction with work
  • Takes direction from Management regarding operational issues
