Requirements:              

  • Completion of A’ Level / equivalent qualification.
  • Diploma in accounting or business degree will be a definite advantage
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a finance team or in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should possess pleasant personality, be self-motivated, flexible and willing to take initiative and responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (Especially MS Excel and MS Word) and Quick Books Accounting Package is compulsory.
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure & in a challenging environment.
  • Prior experience handling GST is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling petty cash payments and record keeping
  • Preparing payment vouchers and liase with vendors for invoices etc.
  • Preparing GST input statements for GST filling on a monthly basis
  • Assisting to maintain filing system for all types of record keeping
  • Assist the management in admin related activities
  • Perform other department duties related to the position as directed by the Head of the Department.
