We are seeking a motivated, knowledgeable, and customer-oriented Electronics Salesperson for our Component Section. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day customer inquiries related to electronic components, explaining the functionality of components, making product recommendations, and providing alternatives when necessary. You will play a critical role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Inquiries:

    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding various electronic components, their functions, specifications, and use cases.

    • Provide expert advice on component selection based on customer requirements and project specifications.

    • Offer product alternatives or upgrades when necessary, ensuring that customers are fully informed to make the best purchasing decisions.

  • Sales & Order Management:

    • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

    • Maintain detailed records of sales interactions, including inquiries, recommendations, and follow-ups.

    • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for electronic components.

    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely replenishment of popular items.

  • Product Knowledge & Recommendations:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the electronics industry.

    • Develop a deep understanding of the various electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs, connectors, etc.) and their applications.

    • Suggest appropriate substitutes or alternatives in case of stock shortages or when specific components are not available.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing exceptional service.

    • Follow up on sales leads, answer post-sale questions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Prepare and present sales reports and product updates to management.

    • Assist with pricing inquiries and quotations.

    • Ensure all customer interactions are logged in the company CRM.

  • Collaborate with Team:

    • Work closely with the inventory, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operation and delivery of products.

    • Participate in regular sales team meetings to discuss performance, share knowledge, and strategize improvements.

      Please note the position is for foriengers (Srilankan Perfferably)
