The Country Manager will be the primary point of contact for government agencies, ministries, and other key stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, collaboration, and policy alignment. A deep understanding of public sector processes, digital governance systems, and the regulatory environment surrounding foreign workforce management in the Maldives is essential.
