To prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. To clean, assist other cooks and associates and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating a grill, oven, or fryer. Previous experience in a team environment and various cooking methods preferred.
• HACCP training and education qualification up to GCE ’”O” level is desirable.
• Must be abled to work on shift duties.
• Must be interested to live and work on a remote island with a multicultural team.
