Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of Hash Maldives, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, onboarding clients, and managing our diverse portfolio of B2B solutions.
The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy relationship builder who can comfortably pitch enterprise software (Odoo) to a CEO, discuss IT infrastructure needs with an operations manager, and brainstorm marketing strategies with a brand team.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Lead Generation: Actively prospect, source, and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, social selling, and local market research.
- Client Onboarding: Conduct deep-dive discovery meetings to understand client pain points, present tailored solutions (Odoo ERP, software, IT, or marketing packages), and guide clients smoothly through the proposal, negotiation, and contracting phases.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a strong working knowledge of our product suite, particularly Odoo ERP capabilities, IT support models, and creative agency services to effectively align them with client needs.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth avenues for Hash Maldives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and client interactions using our internal CRM.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (experience in the IT, software, or digital marketing agency sectors is highly preferred).
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with ERP systems (knowledge of Odoo is a massive plus), software development lifecycles, and modern digital marketing concepts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dhivehi.
- Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and negotiate win-win contracts.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient, with a strong knack for problem-solving.
- Mobility: Possession of a valid driving license and own vehicle for client visits within Malé/Hulhumalé is preferred.

Salary & Benefits
