Job Description

Medius Diagnostics Private Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for a medical clinic with excellent organizational and administrative skills.

Work Location: Male’, Republic of Maldives

Duties and Responsibilities:           

  1. Book-Keeping
    1. Daily sales entry as per Audit functions to accounting system.
    2. Daily cash-cash sales deposit to bank.
    3. Petty cash management.
    4. Periodic preparation of insurance claims and submissions as per management direction.
    5. Perioding sales claims submission for third party service providers.
    6. Preparation of purchase orders and payment vouchers.
    7. Supporting audit function with data entry and record keeping as required.

 

  1. Operational and HR Functions
    1. Overall oversight of day-to-day clinic operations as directed by Management.
    2. Oversight and management of HR matters, staff roasters, doctors roaster and duty for clinic operations.
    3. Ensuring SOP for clinic operations is implemented daily.
    4. Oversight of patient care relations and administrative services.
    5. Administrative support for HR recruitments.
    6. Provision of reception services as may be required.
    7. Oversight of laboratory sample taking dispatch and coordination with service provider.

 

  1. Procurement
    1. Ensuring update and maintenance of clinic consumables and inventory.
    2. Management and oversight of procedure inventory and coordination for purchases.
    3. Effective monitoring and manageemnt of procurement requirements, order placing and collection for clinic consumables.
    4. Oversight of procurement of medicines for pharmacy.
    5. Dealings relating to order placing, processing and customs clearance of clinic consumables and medicines.
