ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
VACANCY: 01 FULLTIME
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative tasks for smooth operations.
- Manage schedules, communication, and documentation to support team needs.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Office management or related field.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook; familiar with design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and present effectively and credibly.
- Team works skills with ability to work independently in a team.
Salary: Negotiable
Working Hours: Sat-Thurs 08:30 – 17:00 hrs. 1 day off in a week.
