ނޭޝަނަލް ސަރޓިފިކޭޓް 3 އިން އާރޓް ސްކިލްސް ކޯހަކީ އެކި އެކި ފަންނީ ޓެކްނީކްތަކާއި މީޑިއަމްތައް ބޭނުންކޮށްގެން އުފެއްދުންތެރިކަން ފާޅުކުރުމަށް ބޭނުންވާ އަސާސީ ހުނަރުތަކާއި މައުލޫމާތު ފޯރުކޮށްދޭ ކޯހެކެވެ. މި ކޯހުގައި އަމާޒުކުރެވެނީ އަސާސީ ފަންނީ ހުނަރުތައް ތަރައްޤީ ކުރުމަށާއި، ތަފާތު ވިޝުއަލް އެކްސްޕްރެޝަންތައް ދިރާސާ ކުރުމަށާއި، އުފެއްދުންތެރި އަދި  ޘަޤާފީ މިންގަނޑުތަކާއި އެއްގޮތަށް އަސްލު ފަންނީ މަސައްކަތްތައް އުފެެއްދުމަށެވެ.
