Job Description

General Requirements

• General Certificate Examination (GCE O Level)
• Experience in a related field will be an added advantage
• Computer oriented (good knowledge in Microsoft Office package)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team oriented

Job Specification

• Provide administrative and clerical support to nursing care unit
• Provide reception duties, greeting patients, relatives, deal with query, and answer phones
• Assist with coordination and support for the transfer and transport of patients
• Assist to report faults and defects for repair and maintenance
• Responsible for post-charging of consumables/items used for guests
• Scanning and upload of clinical documents as required, and collect X-Rays/CD’s for patients
• Support and provide required data for Head Nurse to prepare statistics on data required for analysis such as daily patient movement and discharges
• Translation if required
