General Requirements

  • Complete General Certificate Examination (GCE O Level)
  • Experience in a related field will be an added advantage
  • Computer oriented (good knowledge in Microsoft Office package)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Dhivehi
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team oriented


Job Specification

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to Head Nurse/Charge Nurse.
  • Provide reception duties, greeting patients, relatives, and deal with queries when nurses are not around.
  • Assist with translation if required.
  • Assist with coordination such as arranging transfer and transport of patients.
  • Assist to report faults and defects for repair and maintenance.
  • Assist to do post charging of consumables/items used for guests.
  • Assist with scanning and uploading of clinical documents as required.
  • Support to prepare statistics on data required for analysis such as daily patient movement and discharges.
