Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and knowledge base platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, including installation problems, configuration errors, and software bugs.
  • Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and solutions in our ticketing system and knowledge base.
  • Educate customers on product features, functionality, and best practices to maximize their satisfaction and usage.
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes, tools, and resources to enhance the overall customer experience.
