As the SSR ( Student Service Representative ), primary responsibility revolves around facilitating effective communication
among current and prospective students, lecturers, and other visitors to the college. Whether addressing inquiries, providing
information, or ensuring a seamless interaction experience via phone calls, website or email. the role
is indicated to fostering positive and informative connections within the college community.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- Completion of A’level or equivalent qualification
- OR experience in a similar role will be considered
REQUIREMENTS:
- Possess good customer service etiquette
- Good communication skills
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Must be willing to do shift duties
REMUNERATION: MVR8000
WORK HOURS: 09:00 - 17:00 TO 14:00 - 22:00 ( Shift Duty )
