Help ensure that no child is left behind. We are looking for a dedicated technical expert to ensure that new national diagnostic frameworks and remediation guidelines explicitly cater to children with complex learning profiles (SCLP), psychosocial needs, and vulnerable demographics.
⏱️ Hours: Part-time (2–4 hours per weekday)

💰 Compensation: R 10,000 per month

Inclusive Design: Audit all team deliverables to guarantee absolute compliance with inclusive education standards and Universal Design for Learning (UDL).
Individualized Support: Develop and update national guidelines for creating Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) and small-group instructional frameworks.
Psychosocial Integration: Weave practical mental well-being and emotional support indicators seamlessly into primary remediation tools.
Teacher Mentorship: Provide specialized coaching to pilot school teachers on adapting classroom delivery for neurodivergent profiles.
Education: Master’s degree in Inclusive Education, Special Education, Educational Psychology, or Learner Support Services.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience formulating individual education strategies, inclusive policies, or remediation support frameworks for students with complex learning profiles.
Skills: Deep mastery of behavioral intervention planning, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and psychosocial integration in standard classrooms.
