General Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing and/or experience working within an industry related to healthcare
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Ability to build and maintain partner relationships
  • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Flexibility to travel outside Male’ for events

 

Job Specification

  • Devise marketing campaigns with the goal of increasing brand awareness and increasing sales and profits
  • Plan, organize, and execute marketing and outreach programs after conducting preliminary research
  • Act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding market related activities
  • Monitor field marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assess results of marketing programs and make recommendations
  • Recommend marketing techniques and tactics based on changing business demands.
  • Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget
  • Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
  • Track and submit expenses in an organized and timely fashion
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
  • Identifies, initiates a dialogue and partners with local cross-promotional business opportunities
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and other partners for all pre-show and post-show marketing activity, ensuring coordination between digital, content and field campaigns.
  • Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing
  • Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
  • Lead the planning, budget, execution and follow up for all field marketing events and health camps, at and outside TTH
  • Project manage event logistics, budgets, content development, collateral creation, social media strategies, email campaigns and lead follow-up
  • Negotiate with third-party vendors on promotional display and merchandise placement.
  • Maintain relationship with third-party vendors and venues
  • Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
