Minimum qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance etc.) and at least 5 years of experience in a related role.
*Responsibilities:
• Ensure the general administration requirements of the office are met including office supplies, equipment, and other general shared back-office functions.
• Manage daily attendance and leaves of staff.
• Support and assist payroll process through daily management of attendance, staff leave and other relevant day to day Human Resource duties.
• Maintain and oversee all employee daily record keeping.
• Making all staff travel arrangements as and when and required.
• Working with relevant internal and external parties to draft, approve and implement policies and procedures.
• Be actively involved in recruitment from job design, talent sourcing, recruitment, selection, and onboarding stages.
• Working with relevant internal and external parties in developing and executing training and development programs.
• Manage disciplinary and grievance issues according to set policies and procedures.
• Provide support to team members in organizing events.
• Managing daily office administrative tasks such as cleaning the office area, opening, and closing of office.
• Internal Maintenance Program documentation, data entry and accounts processing.
• Complete all administrative requirements to manage and organize scheduled maintenance.
