Job Requirements

1. Ability to work under pressure
2. Previous work experience will be an added advantage
3. Ability to maintain a strong relationship with customers
4. Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related software
5. Ability to Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dhivehi and English
7. Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team environment
8. Excellent time keeping and attendance record.
9. Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time efficiently.
10. Pleasant personality.
11. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
12. Proficiency in English.
13. Thorough understanding of sales and negotiating techniques.
14. Fast learner and passion for sales.
