Job Description

1. Accounting/Reporting
• Monitor overall accounts and finance department
• Preparation of monthly annual financial reports
• Preparation of post monthly journals
• Prepare Annual Budget
• Assist in the preparation of Management reports as required
• Assist in Auditing
• Ensure all expenses are accounted accurately and timely
2. Accounts Payable
• Administer accounts payable function and maintain appropriate records.
• Check to ensure suppliers are set up accurately and all payments are properly recorded.
• Reconciliation of accounts payable.
3. Accounts Receivable
• Administer accounts receivable function and maintain appropriate records.
• Assist with pursuing overdue debtors.
• Reconciliation of accounts receivables.
4. Cash Flow Management
• Maintain and record bank balances and cash flow statements
• Maintain petty cash records
• Maintain cash book data entry
• Reconcile bank statements and cash clearing accounts.
5. Fixed Asset Management
• Administer and Asset fixed asset register
• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions.
• Reconcile fixed asset register
6. Others
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Managing colleagues workloads and deadlines.
• Undertake any other assigned task by Managing Director or EXCO.
