Job Purpose

To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer plays a key role in achieving revenue targets and promoting the company’s products and services in a competitive market.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue quotations and invoices for customers (Excluding monthly recurring invoices).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Verify sales collection (Cash/Card/Bank) and resolve and discrepancies with outlets.
  • Coordinate with outlet teams for pricing, stock availability, and order follow ups.
  • Manage and reconcile daily sales closing for the outlets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and support finance and AR teams with required documents.
  • Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Accounting or related field (preferred).
  • Should speak and write in good English.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
  • Experience with POS/ERP/Inventory systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
