Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Officer to drive sales growth, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth sales operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both customer interaction and handling sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and invoices (excluding monthly recurring invoices).
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Verify sales collections and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with outlets on pricing, stock, and order follow-ups.
• Reconcile daily sales closing and maintain accurate records.
• Support Finance and AR teams with required documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Accounting, or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Experience with POS/ERP systems and MS Office.
