Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer plays a key role in achieving revenue targets and promoting the company’s products and services in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and issue quotations and invoices for customers (Excluding monthly recurring invoices).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Verify sales collection (Cash/Card/Bank) and resolve and discrepancies with outlets.
Coordinate with outlet teams for pricing, stock availability, and order follow ups.
Manage and reconcile daily sales closing for the outlets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and support finance and AR teams with required documents.
Provide professional customer service and after-sales support.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Accounting or related field (preferred).
Should speak and write in good English.
1 to 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
Excellent communication, organization and attention to detail.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
Experience with POS/ERP/Inventory systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
