CONTRACT PERIOD: 2 Months

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend to customers at Silica Pro Home (Male’) showroom
  • Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
  • Arrange quotations, deliveries and ensure customers are attended at highest level of urgency without any delays

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication skills, in both English and Dhivehi
  • Proficient with Point-of-Sale systems will be added advantage

REMUNERATION

  • An attractive compensation package depending on the qualification and experience
  • Normal Working Hours: 0900 - 1200 | 1400 - 1800 | 2000 - 2200
  • Ramadan Working Hours: 0930 - 1200 | 1330 - 1600 (Closed at Asr Prayer) | 2100 - 2300
  • Other benefits as per Company policy
