Job Description

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend to customers at Silica City Home (Hulhumale’) showroom
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, as part of a team
• Track all sales, inventory, new stock, complaints and queries for management review
• Identify product selling rate and inform potential shortage of supply / unavailable products in demand
• Arrange quotations, deliveries and ensure customers are attended at highest level of urgency without any delays
• Identify revenue leakage aspects of the showroom
• Attend to responsibilities assigned by Sales & Marketing department

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum O Level 3 passes
• 2 years of experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication skills, in both English and Dhivehi
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Proficient with Point-of-Sale systems will be added advantage

 

REMUNERATION

• An attractive compensation package depending on the qualification and experience
• Working Hours: 0900-1200 | 1400-1800 | 2000-2200
• Overtime (OT) Provided
• Other benefits as per Company policy
