Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting for Instalment
Approve Applications within specified limits, and refer applications outside those limits to management for approval
Explain to customers the different types of credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
Obtain and compile copies of applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information
Review agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy Compute payment schedules.
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
Set credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior managers Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment.
Qualification
'A' Level Standard
Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Possess good presentation with friendly and customer caring attitude
Exposure in a related field is a plus
Passionate to deal with customers
Confident to deal with customers in a professional manner face to face and over the phone
Ability to coordinate with the rest of the team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel)
Should be punctual
