Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Conversion:
    • Utilize various channels such as social media, cold calling, door-to-door, and email to generate new leads.
    • Convert leads into successful deals by showcasing the value and benefits of our comprehensive solutions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our solutions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain strong, long-term partnerships.
  • Market Expansion and Opportunity Identification:
    • Actively seek new market opportunities to expand our client base.
    • Identify potential areas for business growth and development.
  • Tender Preparation and Submission:
    • Prepare and submit tenders in response to business opportunities and government agency requirements.
  • Sales & Feedback Management
    • Create and send quotations and proposals for customer requests
    • Prepare and send invoices for confirmed sales
    • Get customer feedback after the project is delivered


Requirements:
Language: Fluent in English & Dhivehi (Written & Spoken)
Creativity: Knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator / CorelDraw would be an added advantage
Social Media Proficiency: Able to plan, create and execute social media campaigns
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively convey the value propositions of our solutions.
Customer-Centric Approach: Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
Result-Driven: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Market Insight: Adept at identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and capitalizing on business opportunities.
Self-Motivated: Proactive and self-driven to achieve sales goals independently.
Tender Management: Experience in preparing and submitting tenders will be an added advantage.

 
Other Requirements

  • Age 24 - 32
  • Nationality (Maldivian)
  • Driving License (Motorbike)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field would be an advantage

 

Working Hours
Sunday to Thursday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday - 10:00 AM - 15:30 PM
Friday - Closed
