SALES ASSOCIATE / INVESTMENT & DEPOSIT SOLUTIONS

Job Scope

The Associate plays a frontline role in driving the Bank’s retail growth through deposit mobilization, customer acquisition, and strong relationship building. You will represent the Bank at corporate visits, island trips, and community events while promoting key deposit products and onboarding new customers. This role also supports sales campaigns, partners closely with internal teams, and helps open new business opportunities across the Maldives. It is ideal for someone energetic, persuasive, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Two passes in A’ Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for sales events and client meetings.
  • Proven experience in banking, financial services, or direct sales is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and experience in executing promotional campaigns.
  • Demonstrated sales personality with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and nurture client relationships effectively.
