Job Description

Manage Customer Inquiries and Orders via Social Media Platforms:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and orders received through social media channels.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and resolution of issues.

Collaborate with the Content Creator to develop engaging monthly social media plans aligned with marketing objectives.

Manage day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Ensure the brand is represented professionally at all times, maintaining high standards of presentation and customer service.
