To host each guest of Hotel by offering a level of service excellence in accordance with our position in the marketplace, and which is both personalized and professional.
Ensure guests receive a welcome and farewell experience as per established standards.
Resort standardized check in and check out (includes cashiering)
Handling guest complain
Upsell resort activities/excursions
Attend to guest requests and enquiries
Accompany guests on excursions if required
Front office administrative work
Assist with guest luggage
