Job Description

Are you passionate about research, data analysis, and generating knowledge that creates meaningful impact? Maldives Business School is seeking a dedicated and motivated Research Associate to join our growing Research Department.

As a Research Associate, you will work closely with academic and industry-focused research projects, contributing to the development of high-quality research outputs, publications, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of research projects.
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and synthesize research findings.
• Collect, manage, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, policy briefs, and academic publications.
• Collaborate with researchers and project teams in meetings and discussions.
• Maintain accurate research records and ensure compliance with ethical research standards.
• Support the preparation of grant applications and funding proposals.

Requirements

• Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant field.
• Previous research experience or formal training in research methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of data analysis software such as SPSS, R, Python, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
