Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
Minimum 2 years’ work experience in recruitment function
Dynamic personality and able to multi-task with minimal supervision
Organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment
Proficient in advanced MS Excel functions
Job Specification
Provide adequate support to the Recruitment Manager in sourcing candidates through in-house database, placing advertisement via recruitment portals, referrals, and liaising with contracted recruitment agencies in coordinating/conducting interviews of shortlisted applicants for specific job positions
Screen resumes to present to HODs based on the requirements and qualifications set by the Department
Conduct interviews with candidates on an as-needed basis
Perform reference and background checks
Prepare job offer letters and employment contract and other relevant pre-employment documents
Coordinate with the relevant council for pre-registration and licensing of clinical staff including cross checking and collection of original documents during onboarding
Maintenance of various trackers on recruitment as basis for weekly, monthly, and annual reports (e.g. Doctors Database, recruitment agencies & cost summary)
Prepare welcome letters for all Doctors and Managers.
Liaise with various departments to obtain statistics for full time, empaneled and visiting Doctors contract renewal
Completion of other administrative tasks assigned by the HOD
