Job Specification

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Quality Manager
  • Handle all aspects of SOP design, process study and drafting of sample policies
  • Develop Department Manuals with the help of department head and members
  • Conduct audit of facility against set standards
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding Quality indicator data collection
  • Ensure that documentation aspects are as per guidelines
  • Attend trainings as guided by the department heads and HR department
  • Train staff on accreditation policies
  • Assist the quality manager in conducting mock drills and in preparation of mock drill schedule
  • Daily update of the department’s dashboard
  • Any other relevant assignments given by the HOD
