Minimum of 1 - 2 years of work experience in related field
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Dhivehi

Collation of requirements
Checking for the existing rates as per Price List / Rate-Contracts
Prepare Purchase Order, and liaise with suppliers
Tracking goods receipt
Stock updating in HIS / System
Inventory Control
Forecasting of required materials as per consumption
Rejected / Expiry goods return to respective supplier
Submission of vendor bills to Finance
Prepare tracker for schedule delivery and pending/critical items
Petty cash management
FSN Reports & analyzing
Maintain ROQs & MOQs
Other procurement-officer-related-tasks as assigned
